​As a member of the Gin Gin Show Society, you have the privilege to attend and vote at the Annual General Meeting (AGM). This allows you to actively participate in decision-making processes, including the election of committee members and other significant matters concerning the society. ​

The AGM is typically held at the Show Function Center, with notices sent to all current financial members detailing the date and time. To exercise your voting rights, ensure your membership is current and attend the AGM as scheduled
